My proudest career moment was when I realized that teamwork is much more important than the individual. From that moment on, I worked better and even more relaxed.

What do you do in your spare time?

In my free time I play CrossFit and even compete at an amateur level. The sport is really important to me, it is where I can disconnect from reality and just empty my mind.

My favourite place in Europe is Iceland, the nature of that island is huge and amazing. You can breathe real air and connect with yourself.

What’s your favourite clean technology and why?

My favourite clean technology is a wind farm because of the ways you can extract efficiency from a project. Each asset provides an opportunity for margin and value.
