What’s your role at RPC?

Construction Project Manager

What’s a typical working day for you?

Planning is the base of my daily tasks and every day I do some planning activities and prepare the day or week. Checking my emails, assisting in meetings, and doing phone calls are my day to day. Depending on the stage of the projects, I also usually go to site and have meetings with local stakeholders and subcontractors.

What have you found during your time at RPC?

There’s a great atmosphere and very teamwork-oriented mindset. The top management are always on top of how we are feeling and there is open dialogue across the business that allows you to express your ideas.

What’s your proudest career moment?

Delivering a challenging project in Argentina. I had a lot of tough moments, but I was able to achieve by solving them all.

What do you do in your spare time?

I play sports (paddle, golf, tennis) and also I enjoy cooking. I also spend time with my family and friends.

Where’s your favourite place in Europe?

Depending on whether we’re talking about a place to live or a place to spend holidays... Madrid is my favourite place to live as it is the perfect size (smaller than Paris or London) and the correct work/entertainment balance. It’s also important to me to have family and friends around, that makes such a big difference.

What’s your favourite clean technology and why?

I am passionate about wind industry. I have been working in wind for more than 13 years and I feel it is a key clean technology to complement other clean technologies.
